All CPL flatbed conversions are built around a fully welded steel frame for maximum strength and reliability, then powder coated for long-term corrosion protection. Each tipper variant features a 50-degree tipping angle for efficient unloading and uses an uprated four-pivot hydraulic cylinder system designed to deliver years of dependable performance without stressing the frame or chassis.
The CPL Flatbed Tipper is engineered for flexibility across industries — from arborists and landscapers to construction and utilities. It’s available on both Toyota Hilux and Isuzu D-Max chassis, with options including standard flatbed, mesh-sided, or high-panel chipper tipper configurations.
Every model can be fitted with or without a lockable toolbox behind the cab for storing larger tools and equipment, and a 10kg side locker for smaller essentials like a first aid kit or 50/50 can.

Toyota Hilux
The 2025 Toyota Hilux continues its reputation for unmatched durability and off-road strength. Fitted with a 2.8L diesel engine, 6-speed automatic transmission, and Hill-start Assist and Active Traction Control, it’s designed for confident performance in any environment.
With a GTW of up to 6.2t, the Hilux makes light work of demanding loads, while its uprated 3.5t suspension in the CPL build adds even greater payload capability.
Inside, the Hilux features Toyota’s latest Safety Sense suite, including Pre-Collision System, Lane Departure Alert, Adaptive Cruise Control, and Road Sign Assist, ensuring a safe, smooth, and secure drive no matter the terrain.
Isuzu D-Max
The latest Isuzu D-Max brings together modern refinement and true workhorse engineering. Powered by a 1.9L turbo diesel engine, it offers excellent fuel efficiency and up to 1,300kg payload capacity.
