After a thrilling week in Munich, Bauma 2025 has come to a close—and what an unforgettable experience it was! As the world’s largest event dedicated to the construction and lifting industries, Bauma once again proved itself to be the heartbeat of global innovation, welcoming over 600,000 visitors from 200+ countries and 3,600+ exhibitors from across the globe. The KLUBB Group and our partners were proud to be right at the centre of the action.  

🚀 KLUBB Group: Launching the Future with K Pro  

At the forefront of our presence this year was the exciting launch of the K Pro range, our latest collection of van-mounted access platforms designed by professionals, for professionals. Built to meet the real-world demands of:

…the K Pro range was developed with robust performance, safety, and smart mobility in mind. From agile compact designs for city work to fully spec’d platforms for high-stakes utility installations, we showcased how KLUBB continues to redefine what “ready-to-go” really means.

🌍 Bauma Means the Future: Sustainability & Smart Tech Take the Lead  

This year’s show wasn’t just about showcasing machines—it was about shaping the future of construction. Panels at the Bauma Forum focused on game-changing topics like:  

• Sustainable building certification (QNG)  

• 3d printing and robotic manufacturing  

• CO₂-capture cement production  

• Digital machine language standardisation (Mic 4.0)  

The energy was electric, and it’s clear: the global access industry is doubling down on climate-conscious solutions and seamless digital integration.

Palfinger drew massive attention with their new TEC range, offering 3.5T platforms that marry performance, safety, and emission-free operation. Their standout features included:  

• Fully electric platform options with battery packs for all-day runtime  

• CONNECTED diagnostics for remote fleet monitoring and predictive maintenance  

• Game-changing outreach and payload options (like the PT 25 TJ: 25m height, 18.7m outreach, 300kg load)  

From hybrid work to whisper-quiet electric operation in ULEZ zones, Palfinger continues to lead the charge into the low-emission jobsite of the future.  

Palazzani

Meanwhile, Palazzani dazzled visitors with world premieres from their spider lift range, most notably:  

• XTJ 52+ ECO, the tallest electric tracked platform in their range with a massive 52m working height and 980kg winch capacity  

• TSJ 30.1 ECO, perfect for indoor or sensitive-area operation with zero emissions and an ultra-compact design  

• TSJ 160 Spider Lift is the ideal solution for those seeking a compact, agile, and high-performance machine for working at heights up to 16 meters. 

• TZJ 180 Spider Lift offers a working height of 18 meters, an outreach of 8.2 meters, and a load capacity of 230 kg, ensuring maximum efficiency and versatility. 

Palazzani’s commitment to sustainability and operational versatility made their stand a must-see throughout the show.  

Alma Crawler

From tracked access platforms to innovative mini cranes, Alma Crawler introduced four brand new machines, including the Jibbi 1890 EVO and M-CRANE 1030. Their focus? All-terrain capability, safety, and multifunctional performance. Their machines are pushing boundaries in access and material handling, and Bauma was the perfect place to prove it.

The industry is talking—and it’s speaking the Same Language  

One of the most exciting messages from Bauma 2025 was around interoperability. With initiatives like Mic 4.0 leading the way, manufacturers are joining forces to ensure machinery speaks a common digital language, boosting efficiency, compatibility, and safety on every job site.
