How much fuel are you using each week?Anna Ramsden
CPL are part of the Klubb group. As a group, we are constantly trying to come up with innovative ideas and solutions. The environment is always high on the list. For this reason we have created a solution to help reduce the impact on the environment and in turn reduce the amount of fuel consumption and wear on the engine. We have called this our ‘Green Pack’
Generally an Access Platforms engine is running for most of the day, the majority of this running time is when the platform is in use. On average, each hour of this running is equivalent to approximately 30 miles of fuel consumption. This not only hits the pocket, but can also cause clogging in the Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) as the vehicle is not being driven enough to burn this off.
With our Green Pack Technology, you can operate the Access Platform with the engine switched off. This will not only lower your fuel bill, but also lower the cost of engine wear and maintenance.
We recently spoke with a local company that are using 2 Access Platforms, all day every day. They told us that they are currently spending almost £400 per week on fuel alone. This could be significantly reduced if they were using our Green Pack.
Furthermore, we can offer a fully electric conversion on a number of vehicles. These include: The K20 eNV200, the K20 Goupil and the K range on a Renault Master ZE. Although the initial cost is more than a standard conversion, the long term cost savings can prove to be very beneficial.
All of our Access Platform conversions can be fitted with the Green Pack Technology.
